-How much does shipping cost?

Orders ship for a flat rate of $5.95, spend $60 or more for free shipping!

-How long will it take for my order to ship?

Under normal circumstances, we to ship out within 3-5 business days. Sometimes quicker!

-What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

Once we ship out our packages, it is no longer in our control. The best thing to do is to contact the carrier if your package hasn't arrived. We do insure each package that we ship. If you need any help, feel free to contact us and we will try to help you.

-Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work to find a resolution for you.

Where are the products created?

Each of our products are created in our home studio located at 7529 S County Line Road, Plant City, Florida. Please understand this is a residence, so no visitors, please.
